What We Offer:
Our executives and directors offer a vast knowledge and collection of
expertise within the private jet industry sector with a combined 75 years
experience. We have a collaboration of many talents ranging from chief
pilots, pilot training instructors, customer service managers from
established fractional providers and card providers, flight dispatchers and
from the meteorology world. Our paths have crossed for a reason to be able
to bring you a quality charter service in a safe and secure manner at an
affordable price.
We have seen that the fractional ownership programs and card programs are a
little dated in the price arena so our goal is to provide you with the same
very high service levels you have come to expect but on a pay as you fly
scheme. So our message is clear, we only charge you for the amount of flying
you do. There is no up-front payment and there is no penalty if you do not
use your hours.
Every trip we do fly will be flown accordingly to meet you own individual
need but below are some of the ways we will be uniform in your expectations
from us:
Safety:
Advance Jets and industry regulations require that all jet aircraft have two
pilots as standard on all trips. Typically we cannot go into any airports
with a jet that has less than 4500ft useable runway but this also depends on
the weather and altitude. Using private jet travel highly reduces the
security risks associated with commercial travel but also provides the
privacy and security for high profile passengers and VIPs.
Insurance:
Advance Jets Ltd will provide the typical coverage associated with
chartering a private aircraft on every trip of anywhere between USD$ 25
million and above and can always be increased on request. The type of
insurance we typically use can be added onto the aircraft we charter at no
extra charge.
Maintenance:
All of the various aircraft we utilise for your specific trips will meet
local CAA, FAA and JAR operations standards to ensure the safest jet
charters in the industry.
Catering:
Every flight we provide has normal "On board beverages and snacks" which is
typical for the time of day you will be travelling, but since you are
travelling in your own private jet luxury we do offer a very diverse menu to
cater to your special in-flight dining experience from specific wines and
champagnes to a fresh seafood platter with all the condiments you so wish.
This service is available 24/7 as we want to make your travel with us more
comfortable than any first-class airline service.
Ground Transportation:
Advance Jets also has numerous specialized ground transportation vendor
affiliates in place around the world to offer you as an added service.
Whether you are looking to set up a rental vehicle or a sedan/limo with
driver when you arrive at your destination we can arrange this for you, as
we also make sure that we track your travel journey inflight to make sure to
see if you are running early or later so we can advise the ground company of
your estimated time of arrival.
We can also make sure of any other specific requests such as have a
navigation system on board, renting a sports car, having a luxury 50 seater
bus waiting for you or simply just wanting to hire a stretch Hummer.
Concierge Services:
At Advance Jets we also have a concierge affiliate that is available 24/7
365 day a year. The concierge service has access to exclusive hotels &
resorts, entertainment & sporting events tickets, restaurants & night clubs
and they are also able to give you ideas on what to do and where to go in
whatever destination you are in.
Luggage Services:
We do understand that sometimes you will be bringing extra luggage
particularly true if you are bringing your skis on board or your golf clubs
or you just happen to go on a spending spree at your destination city. But
we will do the best we can to advise you of the best private jet solution to
suit you needs as each aircraft that we have access to has varied baggage
holds available. An alternative to his plan is to ship the goods ahead of
time to ensure they will be there when you arrive.
But please alert us if you do intend to bring the larger items.
Pet Travel:
If you are considering to travel with your beloved family pet please advise
us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements and check
on requirements to insure that we will be able to accommodate your pet.
Normal paperwork required is the Pet Passport and also immunization
paperwork from you veterinarian but be advised that restrictions do change
from country to country. |
